Illegal Dumping and How to Report it

ILLEGAL DUMPING is the dumping of any waste such as furniture, appliances, trash, vegetation, oil and other forms of litter on any right-of-way, canal, lake, city property or private property, without the owner’s consent.  Illegal dumping is a serious offense and can disrupt proper drainage and runoff; it can also attract disease-carrying creatures.  If tolerated, it sends a message to violators that it is okay to dump garbage in your neighborhood.
