Maintain:

• 41.4 miles of shellrock roads
• Grading the majority three times a week and the remainder on a daily basis. Approximately 400 miles a month
• 143 miles of paved roads
• Maintenance includes pothole repair as well as curbs, sidewalk, bike path maintenance, re-surfacing and swale repairs
• Maintain all Village street signs, replacing approximately 25 per month
• Mow an average of 85 miles of road shoulders each month
• Continue to network the horse trails throughout the community
• Pick up trash and debris on over 26 miles of major thoroughfares
• Install new pathways
• Coordinate installations of streetlights and signals
• Administer the Adopt A Street program
• Participate in the Great American Cleanup
