The Village of Wellington currently encompasses approximately 43 square miles in the west-central portion of Palm Beach County. The Village offers tremendous diversity. The Village of Wellington has a very generous benefits package.  The Village pays 100% of all EMPLOYEE coverage premiums.  Benefits available for eligible employees include:  

 

Medical Insurance:  Provided by United Healthcare of Florida

Dental Insurance:  Direct Assignment

ú          Covers 100% of first $400 and a percentage thereafter.

ú          Additional Voluntary Life Insurance available by employee election and payment.

ú          Employee coverage is equal to 1x annual salary.

ú          Management coverage is equal to 2x annual salary.
