Village of Wellington offers
Extracurricular Activities
for Special Needs Children
The
Village of Wellington Parks & Recreation Department is taking
registrations for two new after school programs for special
needs children. Coach Yale David will introduce children to a
wide variety of sports in his Super Stars Program and Basketball
Clinic. The programs are formatted for children in grades
K-5. Both programs will build self confidence while improving
social and motor skills in a safe and fun environment.
Super
Stars is on Tuesdays, from April 1st through May 27th
and the Basketball Clinics are on Thursdays, from April 3rd
through May 29th. Both classes are held from 3 –
3:45 p.m. at Village Park and cost $111 for residents and
$138.75 for non-residents.

either of our two convenient locations: Wellington Community
Center (12165 West Forest Hill Boulevard) or Village Park
Gymnasium (11700 Pierson Road). On-line registration is also
available at http://rec.ci.wellington.fl.us with your
household ID number.
The Village of Wellington Parks & Recreation Department is
