The Leisure Services Department offers a variety of opportunities for you to
become involved in your community… These include sponsorship,
volunteer coaching, being a member on the new
Wellington Teen Council, or becoming a volunteer
under the direction of our Seniors Services Coordinator to
assist with answering questions, volunteering to help other
seniors and providing a service to the community.

Medicare/Medicaid and other important forms, and volunteer with

Be a part of the
Village of Wellington’s Teen Council and help make a difference
in our community. Meetings are held once a month at the Wellington Community Center.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Our community needs you!
Whether you are
interested in being a sponsor of a special event, Village sports
team, facility improvement program or senior activity, we can
customize a sponsorship program for you. Sponsorships range
from in-kind services to a title special event sponsor ($5,000 -
$10,000). Your tax-deductible sponsorship will assist us
enhance programs for our residents and offer you the opportunity
to make your business known throughout Wellington. Sponsors
receive such benefits as being listed in the tri-annual
Recreation Magazine, signage posted at Village Park, name
recognition on department stationary and banners posted at key

VOLUNTEER
COACHING OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
Volunteer
coaches for both youth and adult programs are always needed!
Please contact Bruce Delaney, Athletic Programs Manager, at
561-791-4729 if you are interested in coaching. Prior coaching
experience is not necessary – we will train you! Background
checks are required of all youth volunteer coaches, referees and
