ARB 08-036 (HTE 08-1088) Professional Center of Wellington: The agent, Jon E. Schmidt & Associates, on behalf of the owner Professional Center of Wellington LLC, is requesting Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval for the elevations, colors, architectural details and wall signage for the proposed 20,136 square foot retail/restaurant building. The property is located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of South Shore Boulevard and Sheffield Street.
