NOTICE
REGULAR
MEETING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Village of Wellington will
hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, at
5:00 PM at the Wellington Community Center, 12165 Forest
Hill Boulevard, Wellington, Florida. This meeting is a
continuation of the August 28, 2007 Village Council Meeting.
The purpose of this Regular Meeting is to consider
Resolution No.: R2007-98 (Wellington International
Equestrian Showground’s / Arena Development Order Amendment)
and, Resolution No.: R2007-99 (Wellington International
Equestrian Showground’s / Arena Master Plan).
If a person decides to appeal the decision of the Village
Council with respect to any matter considered at this
Regular Meeting herein referred, he or she may need to
insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made,
which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which
the appeal is based.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with
Disabilities Act; any person requiring Regular
accommodations to participate in this meeting, because of a
disability or physical impairment, should contact the
Village Manager’s Office (561)791-4000 at least twenty four
(24) hours prior to the Hearing.
