NOTICE OF A
PUBLIC HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Public Hearing
by the Village Council of the Village of Wellington will be
held on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the
Council Chamber at the Wellington Community Center, 12165
West Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington, Florida.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss the
proposed fiscal year 2007/2008 Budget.
If any person decides to appeal any decision made with
respect to any matter considered at this Public Hearing,
such person will need a record of the proceedings and for
such purpose such person may need to ensure that a verbatim
record of the proceedings is made at their own expense and
which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which
the appeal is based.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with
Disabilities Act; any person requiring special
accommodations to participate in this meeting, because of a
disability or physical impairment, should contact the
Village Administrator, Charles Lynn (561)791-4000 at least
five (5) calendar days prior to the Hearing.
