NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING
PINE TREE WATER CONTROL
DISTRICT
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a
Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Pine Tree
Water Control District will be held on Thursday, July 12,
2007 at 6:00 P.M. at the Wellington Community Center, 12165
W. Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington, Florida.
The purpose of this meeting is to
discuss the Adoption of fiscal year 2007 / 2008 TRIM Rates.
If a person decides to appeal the
decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered
at the meeting herein referred, he or she may need to insure
that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which
record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
appeal is based.
Pursuant to the provisions of the
Americans With Disabilities Act, any person requiring
special accommodations to participate in this meeting,
because of a disability or physical impairment, should
contact the District Manager’s Office (561) 791-4000 at
least five calendar days prior to the Hearing.
