NOTICE OF A CONTINUATION OF 5/13/08

REGULAR VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING 5:00PM

Immediately followed by
VILLAGE COUNCIL WORKSHOP

 


          YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Village of Wellington will hold a continuation of the May 13, 2008 Regular Village Council meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. at the Village Meeting Hall, 14000 Greenbriar Boulevard, Wellington, Florida. The Village Council Workshop will commence immediately following this continued meeting.
     The purpose of this Continued Meeting is to discuss Resolution No.: R2008-69 (Establishing a Charter Review Committee) and any other business which may come before the Council. The purpose of the Workshop is to discuss Council priorities and options regarding legal services.
If a person decides to appeal the decision of the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at this Regular Meeting herein referred, he or she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
     Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act; any person requiring Regular accommodations to participate in this meeting, because of a disability or physical impairment, should contact the Village Manager’s Office (561)791-4000 at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the Hearing.
