VILLAGE OF WELLINGTON
NOTICE OF ANNUAL LANDOWNERS MEETING
PINE TREE WATER CONTROL DISTRICT
 

     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all owners of lands located within the boundaries of Pine Tree Water Control District that pursuant to applicable laws, a meeting of the Landowners of Pine Tree Water Control District will be held at or about 6:00 P.M. on Monday, June 16, 2008 at the VillageMeeting Hall, 14000 Greenbriar Boulevard, Wellington, Florida for the purpose of:

          1. Electing Supervisors;
          2. Receiving Annual Reports and taking such action with respect thereto as the

              Landowners may determine; and
          3. Transacting any and all other such business that may come before the Board.

     If a person decides to appeal the decision of the Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at the public meeting herein referred, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. Pursuant to the provisions of the American with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the District at (561) 791-4118 at least five (5) days prior to the date of proceeding.
